All ORNAVA jewellery is made-to-order, specially handcrafted as per customer demand.

Please note: Once an order is placed, the manufacturing process begins and cannot be canceled or modified.

Processing time ranges between 15-20 business days, depending on the order volume and design.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners.

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

ORNAVA is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Jewellery is a delicate product and may react differently on different skin types. To ensure hygiene and safety, we do not resell returned items.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must:

Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened

Share it with us within 24 hours of delivery If verified, we will offer a free replacement of the damaged item.
